Because we care about all kids, we work to mobilize citizens to advocate on behalf of children. By pulling together concerned adults - parents, grandparents, physicians, volunteers, community leaders, and many others - we hope to enact public policy that better safeguards our children's health, safety and well-being.
The Center for Advocacy and Outreach is committed to improving the lives of children and families beyond the walls of Blank Children's Hospital by caring for and about all children - not just those who are patients within our hospital.
Our Objectives are Simple:
Depending on your specific interests and abilities, you can join in letter-writing or e-mail campaigns, help raise public awareness of issues or visit legislators. We'll match your interests with specific advocacy work that needs to be done.
