It allows our patients to conveniently accomplish several tasks online, including: 

• Review a medical record summary 
• View lab results 
• Request an appointment 
• Request prescription renewals 
• Send messages to and receive messages from their medical team 

In the near future, patients will also be able review a summary of their hospitals records and make payments online. Patients must be at least 18 years of age to register. 

Because FollowMyHealth is web-based, patients can log in at any time, any place.

The best way to get started is to go to www.ihs.followmyhealth.org. There, patients can fill out a quick online form to request access. Within a few days, an email will be sent from FollowMyHealth with a link to complete their registration online.

At www.ihs.followmyhealth.org there is also a lot of great information, including an FAQ section, registration guidance, a full list of participating clinics and more. 

Patients needing assistance with completing their registration or that have any questions about the service are encouraged to FollowMyHealth toll-free support number at (877) 224-4430.

Parents or legal guardians of children 12 and under can request access to a summary of their child's medical records. The first step is to fill out and submit a pediatric proxy access form. This form is available at www.ihs.followmyhealth.org. Within 10 days of submitting the form an email will be sent from FollowMyHealth with a link to complete the registration online.
