What to Do After a ThinkFirst Assembly

Post Safety Belt Survey

The post seat belt observation should be done in the same manner as the pre-test one to two weeks after the assembly. Select one or two students to observe vehicles and drivers as they enter parking lot entrances. Make sure students are in a safe location.

Evaluations

Reinforce The ThinkFirst Message

Continue to encourage students to make good choices by including buckle up messaging in school publications, at sporting events, during daily announcements or on the school website or marquee.
